Cuban Sandwich
This is a great recipe if you have left over roast pork(recipe below) and it is great! You are supposed to use a panini press, but baking it is stress free and gives you time to contemplate the delicious treat you are creating! This serves around 4 very hungry people.
Cuban bread or soft French bread
1/2 pound ham VERY thinly sliced
1 pound roasted pork loin sliced thinly .
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
Sliced dill pickles (dill "Sandwich Stackers" work great)
