Cuban Sandwich

This is a great recipe if you have left over roast pork(recipe below) and it is great!You are supposed to use a panini press, but baking it is stress free and gives you time to contemplate the delicious treat you are creating! This serves around 4 very hungry people.

Ingredients:
Cuban bread or soft French bread
1/2 pound ham VERY thinly sliced
1 pound roasted pork loin sliced thinly .
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
Sliced dill pickles (dill "Sandwich Stackers" work great)

Directions: Preheat your oven to 425. Cut the loaf of bread in half and place cheese on bottom half of the loaf of bread and then layer with ham and then the roasted pork place the sliced pickles on top, and close the dressed sandwich. Wrap the sandwich in a sheet of aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet in oven for 25-30 minutes. Slice and serve with mustard.
